Q - How do I care for my brush? 

A - Due to everything being hand painted,  brushes are therefore delicate and fragile. Please handle with care and keep them dry.  Do not leave brushes in the hands of little people who may easily drop or bash them.

Q - How do I order? 

A - I am no longer taking orders via Instagram so please make your order through the website. If you have any questions or queries please email me rather then DM me. 

Q - Do you gift wrap?

A - Yes, all orders include gift wrapping. When ordering a gift please add a gift note at the checkout.

Q - What do I do if everything is out of stock? 

A - I have a limited amount of stock due to the fact that every item is hand painted. I will stay in contact with everyone by announcing when the next drop is on Instagram (please follow me).

Q - If I leave something in my basket will it be saved? 

A - Unfortunately if there is high demand for something then it’s best to pay immediately in order to secure your item. 

Q - Can I order something with two names painted on to it? 

A - Unfortunately not as there is limited space to paint.

Q - Are you offering bespoke designs? 

A - I am not at the moment however if there you are looking for something that isn’t on the website, then please do get it touch.

Q - Can I amend my order? 

A - Unfortunately not as everything may have already been painted and personalised. 

Q - Can I get a refund or exchange? 

A - Unfortunately I am not able to exchange due to the fact that the products are personalised. If you have an issue with your product please contact me by email. 

Q - Why is my name on my brush not as big as some of the other brushes I have seen? 

A - Every item is hand painted and so will not be identical but often this will be due to the length of the name or fitting in animals, fairies or a floral design. 

Q - Do you ship worldwide? 

A - Not at the moment but I will be very shortly I hope. 

Q -How do you post items?

A - I normally ship items with Royal Mail, Special Delivery.  

Q - Can I have an exact copy of what I see on the website? 

A - I try my best to paint as near to what is shown on the website but due to everything being hand painted and the paint colours being mixed by me each time they may vary slightly. 

Q - Why is my Classic Hairbrush missing a prong in the middle? 

A - All of the Classic Hairbrushes have a little hole in the brush pad to allow the brush pad to refill with air. A prong is not missing.
